Matt practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial transactions and securities law. He advises issuers and underwriters with respect to private and public equity and debt financings (both domestic and cross-border) and advises buyers and sellers with respect to private and public merger and acquisition transactions, including plans of arrangement, amalgamations, asset sales and corporate reorganizations. Matt also provides advice on various matters relating to continuous disclosure obligations, securities regulations and corporate governance.
